Please bear with us whilst we shut down. We are experiencing a huge amount of orders and instore customers since we announced our closure. Some items may be out of stock by the time we come to pack your order - you will receive a full refund and an apology for the inconvenience. 

We will not be making any further orders.

At Freya Jones we make every effort to reuse all packaging we receive - that means our boxes may not be beautiful but it's what's inside that counts. 
We even reuse mailing bags, source any packing material from people and businesses that would have otherwise thrown them out (my current triumph is a 50 rolls of tape that were heading to landfill) Therefore the packing material may be a big higgledy piggledy, sometimes there'll be packing paper in the box, sometimes packing peanuts (rarely as I hate receiving them and so reuse them in the shop to save my customers) or packing pillows. Who knows?! It will reused and it will keep your order safe and that's what matters most.
These small acts of recycle and reuse help everyone towards becoming carbon neutral.

Dispatch is between 5 - 7 working days. All Parcels are sent 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail, whichever you have selected.

Parcels are priced by weight and length - some things that seem really light have higher postage costs because they are very long and long parcels cost eyewatering amounts. 

In most instances dispatch will be within 1 working day. In case of delay we guarantee 7 day dispatch of items held in stock, but this is most unlikely. If it's going to take longer we'll contact you.
