Private Shopping & Covid Policy

Following the announcement of the lift of restrictions on the 19th July 2021 we - like other businesses, have made some decisions in how we wish to proceed to protect our staff and customers.

• We ask that people continue to wear masks in store where possible
• We commit to keeping doors and windows open - weather permitting - to allow the flow of air and increase ventilation.
• When attending a course we will ask you to show a Covid Pass on the NHS app. This can be obtained by having 2 vaccinations or performing a lateral flow test within 48 hours of the event.

We understand that these measures will not be enough for some customers who are in high risk groups or caring for/living with another person in a high risk group. As we are committed to doing everything we can for our customers we are starting private shopping appointments. These can be booked by calling us and are available from 9am-10am or 4pm- 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. During that time you'll be alone in the shop with 1 member of staff who will wear a mask, we will lock the door behind you so that no other customers can accidentally come in. We hope that by offering these appointments, all our customers will feel confident enough to continue to shop with us in these difficult times.
