Merino is perfect for spinning or felting, it's super soft with a micron count of 23! All our Merino colours are named after the Chilterns and the surrounding area.

Benjamin Disraeli, 1st Earl of Beaconsfield, KG, PC, FRS (21 December 1804 – 19 April 1881) was a British politician and writer, who twice served as Prime Minister. He owned Hughenden Manor, a red brick Victorian mansion located in High Wycombe,  Buckinghamshire. Disraeli entertained Queen Victoria at Hughenden Manor and it was she who named him 1st Earl of Beaconsfield.
